I Am Moving Along. That is Should Be.
Curves internet page. |
There have been set backs such as a sciatica problem that sent me to the chiropractor to have my back adjusted. It helped until I moved the wrong way again. Sometimes I just wonder if I am meant to get this weight off. On the other hand, I know that it is the right thing to do. So, as soon as I am walking in an upright manner again, ( my daughter called me the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I have to admit that almost walking on all fours to get around did present a funny looking picture. No, she did not take a picture of me. ; ) ) I will be going back to move along in this journey. I remind myself 'shoulder's back, chin up, face the challenge to ta ta".
Borrowing a stanza from Gloria Gaynor's song "I Will Survive" says it all.
"Did I crumble
Did I lay down and die
Oh no, not I! I will survive!
Oh and as long as I know how to love I know I stay alive.
I've got all my life to live, I've got all my love to give.
And I'll survive!
I will survive! Hey, hey."
And with that I will close for the night.

Breathing exercises are the first thing I do as soon as I wake up, at that time we are fresh, stomach is empty and atmosphere is calm. try it, You will definitely feel good. I spend only 5-10 minutes for this. That's all.
Chitra, Thank you again. I am trying!

I joined Curves a few years ago and had lots of fun. Then I injured my arm and never went back. It was the repetitive motion of those machines, combined with things I was doing in the house at that time.
Hope it works for you.
