I Have Been Avoiding Reporting

My goal in life has always been to be industrious.  I love the symbol of the beehive for industry.  In my life there has been a change of events that has thrown me off my usual bee buzzing activity.
About a two months ago, I had a bout of bronchitis.  It curtailed my activities.  At the same time my blood pressure became a challenge.  I have not been able to get in to stay in ranges below stroke danger levels.  (179/115)  I am using every natural method I can think of.  I have now joined 'Curves' to be able to get exercise in, because outside it has been excessively hot.  Indexes over 105 degrees.  If I get out and work my garden even early in the morning, it takes 2 hours to cool down and reduce my blood pressure.  I am in a dilemma.  It has caused my ability to concentrate on tasks to falter and oh my, I am way behind again in the house cleaning.  I could use some prayers to inspire me on a better method  ...do not say go to the doctor, I did he gave me a medication that would make me cough more, which caused my blood pressure to go back up...  Hopefully the exercise will do the job and I can stay away from sugar.

The second son did help me greatly.  He fixed the plumbing in the bathroom, so the sink is working and the bathtub puts out more than a trickle of water to shower in.  Good things.

I don't mean to be a complainer.  I am just reporting on why I am performing on a lower scale.

I am sure ,it is only a temporary phase. Try some relaxation techniques I mean breathing exercises which would bring down high bp level.
take care. I do some 'Pranayama' everyday which really helps.

Thank you Chitra. I will have to try that. I have glanced at Yoga, but have not done it since I was in my early 20's.

Frances, I didn't notice you weren't writing, because I'm not either. But your b/p is terribly high and I hope meds and almost total reduction of salt (ck. food labels for sodium), along with perhaps walking will help. Walk inside the house. Hubby has that problem, and his is getting lower. Scary problem, but you need to do more than one thing. That is my preaching...also, I find blogging more stressful than not, so maybe do something else, like reading. Okay that is it, I will send prayers your way.
